The Naked Diaries

Our attention recently has turned to a young girl, Taylor Giavasis, who created an Instagram page called ‘The Naked Diaries (TheNakediaries)’. The page aims to help girls of all ages who struggle with trauma, lack of confidence and no self-love to learn to love their selves the way they are and love the bodies they have. The teen from Los Angeles started this when she helped her friend who felt self-conscious about her body when she had no need to and the more people who heard about it, joined in.

With over 27,000 followers, the Instagram page acts as a little diary for those who have a story and need someone to share it with without being judged.
