Chanell Feist C. F. Chanell F. 23-06-2022 Don’t shop online, Go in store So I wish I could give separate ratings. Online would be a zero. I purchased three bras online and they were advertised to come in 5-7 business days. This was around Memorial weekend so I gave extra time, but had not received my order for about two weeks. I called the store and spoke to someone who looked my order up and stated that they were still waiting for 2 of the bras, but one of them “should be coming soon.” When I asked when I should receive the bra, she could not give me an answer other than “soon.” Two days after I had called, I received an email asking me to review the bra that had been shipped to me 9 days ago. I called the store again and was told they are still waiting on two bras, but they had one in stock in store and would ship to me. At this point, I’m frustrated as I needed a nursing bra 3 weeks ago. I asked them to cancel my order and I would physically come into the store to get the other bra. They did cancel the two bras that they did but have, but then I go into the store and they actually had two out of three of the bras in stock… Store experience- the clerk helping me in store was very nice. All that being said, I just recommend you go in store and don’t bother with the online ordering. Also, just a FYI because I didn’t see this stated online, but saw it in store: they do not do refunds. They will honor an exchange, but that has to be done within 7 days of your purchase. I think that’s a little weird, but whatever.
